- FIRST at the May 1995 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 1.03m
- FIRST at the August 1995 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 1.57m
- GOLD medal at the 1995 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 1.26m
- GOLD medal at the 1996 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 1.69m
- BRONZE medal at the 1997 Athletics Australia Track & Field Championships for Athletes with a Disability in Canberra with a throw of 1.58m (35% of the World Record)
- GOLD medal at the 1997 Australian Multidisability Championships in Sydney with a throw of 1.79m, and
- FIRST at the June 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 1.76m
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 1.85m
Her throw at the 1997 AMDC should have given Philippa both the "locals" and "all-comers" Australian Records which were still listed as vacant even though Pip had claimed them with her throw in Canberra. The August throw is an advance on those records.

Pip's personal best throw in training with the 3kg shot is 2.15m (47% of the World Record) achieved on 14/09/97. The World Record in the senior women's CP3 category is 4.55m set by J. Lawton of Scotland in Nottingham on 8/08/93.
Discus
- FIRST at the May 1995 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 3.26m
- FIRST at the August 1995 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 3.04m
- GOLD medal at the 1995 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 2.96m
- GOLD medal at the 1996 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 2.88m
- BRONZE medal at the 1997 Athletics Australia Track & Field Championships for Athletes with a Disability in Canberra with a throw of 3.92m (33% of the World Record)
- GOLD medal at the 1997 Australian Multidisability Championships in Sydney with a throw of 4.00m, and
- FIRST at the June 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 4.12m
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 4.72m (with the 750g discus)
- GOLD medal at the 1997 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 3.28m (again with the 750g discus).
The June throw should give Philippa the "locals" and "all-comers" Australian Records with the 1kg discus which were still listed as vacant at the 1997 AMDC despite her claims after the Canberra meet.
Pip's current personal best throw in training with the 1Kg discus is 4.84m (40% of the World Record) achieved on 14/2/97. Her best throw in training with the 750g implement is 5.29m achieved on 28/9/97. The World Record for the senior women's CP3 discus was 12.04m set by S. Edwards of USA at Berlin on 24/07/94 (but the 1997 AMDC programme suggests that it may have since gone out to 14.82m).
Javelin
- SECOND at the August 1995 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 2.26m
- SILVER medal at the 1995 NSW State Athletics Championships with a throw of 2.48m, and
- FIRST at the June 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 2.78m
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a throw of 2.50m
The June throw should give Philippa both the "locals" and "all-comers" Australian Records which were listed as vacant at the Canberra meet.
Pip's personal best throw in training with the 600g javelin, which she finds very difficult to control, is 3.11m (31% of the World Record) achieved on 28/09/97. The World Record for the senior women's CP3 javelin is 10.16m set by J. Lawton of Scotland in Nottingham on 07/8/93.
Slalom (Wheelchair)
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with an adjusted time of 6 minutes 49.58 seconds, and
- SILVER medal at the 1997 NSW State Championships with an adjusted time of 7 minutes 32.1 seconds.
Swimming - Functional S2 Category
25m Freestyle
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a time of 2 minutes 6.03 seconds.
50m Freestyle
- GOLD medal at the 1996 NSW State Swimming Championships with a time of 4 minutes 40.39 seconds
- FIRST at the May 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a time of 3 minutes 43.22 seconds, and
- FIRST at the August 1997 NSWSCD Seasonal Meet with a time of 4 minutes 07.10 seconds.
The time of Pip's May swim was listed at the August Meet as the Australian Record.
Pip's personal best time, in training at the Tuggeranong Pool, ACT on 14/4/97, is 3 minutes 35 seconds (222% of the World Record). The World Record in the senior women's S2 category is 1 minute 37.05 seconds.
