Please go through the following checklist before you request HELP via the link to the help form below.

1.  Have you checked that all of your computer peripherals are connected?

2. You are unable to access the internet via TransACT or TIP.

-  Have you checked that your USER ID and password entered are correct?

TIP or TransACT may be unavailable. There is usually prior warning of down time shown on the PCUG home page.

3.  If viruses are attacking your computer please install anti-virus software before you next look at your e-mails or load someone else's floppy, CD or DVD on your computer. Ensure that you keep your anti-virus software up to date.

4.  Has your PCUG Membership lapsed? you must be a current member to access the internet either via TIP or through PCUG's arrangement with TransACT.

5.  If you have used more time on the internet than you have left, when you renew you will either have to pay for the extra time used or have it deducted from your renewal.

If you still need HELP please complete this electronic HELP form with as much detail as possible.

NB: An up-to-date table of members who advertise specific support skills is available in the monthly 16bits magazine.
