Please go through the following checklist before you request HELP
via the link to the help form below.
1. Have you checked that all of your computer
peripherals are connected?
2. You are unable to access the internet via TransACT
or TIP.
- Have you checked that your USER ID and password entered
are correct?
TIP or TransACT may be unavailable. There is usually prior warning
of down time shown on the PCUG home page.
3. If viruses are attacking your computer
please install anti-virus software before you next look at your
e-mails or load someone else's floppy, CD or DVD on your computer.
Ensure that you keep your anti-virus software up to date.
4. Has your PCUG Membership lapsed? you
must be a current member to access the internet either via TIP or
through PCUG's arrangement with TransACT.
5. If you have used more time on the internet
than you have left, when you renew you will either have to pay for
the extra time used or have it deducted from your renewal.
