JUNE 2005 – “DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY”

Digital photography is a fascinating subject with a wide range of interesting aspects that would fill many monthly meetings. So if you own a camera (digital or film) and a personal computer then this month’s presentation by members of the PCUG’s Digital-Special Interest Group will give you an informative insight to what can be achieved and the enjoyment to be gained from digital photography.

People usually make a photographic record of holidays and the occasional 21st birthday, engagement party or wedding. No doubt it would be safe to say that most of these photos go into a drawer and rarely see the light of day again. It doesn’t have to be that way! Take advantage of modern software and the internet! Well known members Mike Dinn and Jeff Colwell will discuss some of the ways you can apply your computer and the internet to create electronic photo albums and enhance your original photographs.

Meetings devoted to digital photography have been very well attended in the past so note this one in your diary right now and get there early!
