When & Where

The 2020 PCUG AGM will be held Wednesday 23 September, 2020 10.00 am (for a 10.30 pm start).  NOTE this year the AGM will be via Zoom.
Again no Monthly Meeting will follow this year’s AGM.

  1. Apologies;
  2. Confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 2019;
  3. President’s report on the activities of the Group during the past financial year;
  4. Treasurer’s report on the state of the accounts;
  5. Special Resolution to Change Rule 17(7) of the Constitution to allow Committee members to hold 2 executive positions;
  6. Appointment of an auditor for the coming financial year;
  7. No Volunteer of Year for 2020

  8. Election of a returning officer to preside over the election of a committee;
  9. Election of members of the committee, including office bearers;
  10. Meeting close.

Committee Nominees & Nomination Information

  • The committee composition and election process is specified in Part III of the group’s rules.
  • To nominate, please complete the PCUG Committee Nomination form 2020
  • Forms may be posted to PO Box 3242 Weston Creek, ACT 2611 or scanned and emailed to the PCUG Secretary.
  • Please note that nominations close Thursday 17th September 2020 and must be received by email or post to the Secretary, by 5pm on that date.


Nominations are welcome for the following positions:-

  • Executive (office bearer) Positions:
    • President
    • Vice-President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
  • General Committee (up to 10 positions)
